# Sustainable Programs

The two Sustainable Programs offer a low cost, low risk way to get started with PixelTycoons while also supporting the project.

## 1. Stake CPU for weekly seeds and water

By staking 20 CPU to pixeltycoons and farming at least once every two weeks, you will receive two seeds and two water each week. 

#### How to:

* Have a Wax wallet
* Log in at wax.bloks.io and go to Tab [Stake CPU/NET](https://waxblock.io/wallet/resources)
* add **`pixeltycoons`** on the "**Receiver of Stake**" field.
* Insert **20** in "Amount to Stake in WAX for CPU."
* Click the stake button
* Copy Transaction Link and paste it in the [Staking Rewards section of the Help Desk](https://t.me/PixelTycoonsDesk/94861) while tagging @Funkaclau 
* Make sure that you **DO NOT TRANSFER OWNERSHIP** of the stake

#### Conditions to Get Rewards

* Keep the 20 WAX staked at [pixeltycoons wallet](https://wax.bloks.io/account/pixeltycoons)

#### Stake Rewards are sent every Monday. One time per player - you will not receive extra rewards if you stake extra CPU.

## 2. Buy RAM for Land

By purchasing 10 wax of RAM for pixeltycoons, you will receive one discounted Land Parcel 1x1.

#### How to:

* Have a Wax wallet
* Log in at wax.bloks.io and go to Tab [Buy/Sell RAM](https://waxblock.io/wallet/ram)
* Add **pixeltycoons** on the "**RAM Receive**r:" Field
* Insert **10** on the "**Amount of RAM to Buy in WAX**"
* Click the Buy RAM button
* Copy Transaction Link and paste it at [Staking Rewards section of the Help Desk](https://t.me/PixelTycoonsDesk/94861) while tagging @Funkaclau
